Bergen is a 2010 registered Thoroughbred off the track gelding, who was owner surrendered from another rescue.

During his first career as a racehorse, this gentle giant went on to win a number of races, but never managed to reach the top of the leaderboard. He was retired and moved to the next phase of his life.

During his second career as a  jumper/dressage show horse, he suffered a severe injury to a hind leg that needed extensive time and rehabilitation.

With dedicated body work, exercise rides, and stretches, Bergen is now sound, and jumping again!
