Catori is a 2013 freeze-branded mustang.

When mustangs are taken from the freedom of life on the range and their families, they suffer extreme emotional trauma. Catori was very shut down when he arrived in December 2020. The team at Zuma’s was very patient, giving him space and support through the many months it took to bring him out of his trauma brain.

Today, Catori is working on overcoming the challenges that still give him cause for concern, but has made a great tiny-tot and beginner lesson teacher.

Catori would love some additional support in working through his fears with a guided, patient hand.
